Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order once your return is processed.
